JENNIFER HURT

Jennifer has always enjoyed helping people and had a dream to one day open a bridal shop where she could accomplish this.

At age 24, she opened Elegant Occasions in 1992 and Bridal Gown Outlet in 1994. She began a career in personal perseverance to help brides with their dream every day. After 20 years in the business, she sold her bridal shops and pursued a career in buying and remodeling homes. She staged all of the remodeled homes herself, which brought her much enjoyment. (Back in 1992, Hollywood hired her to decorate the movie set “To Wong Foo – Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar”, so you could say her decorating/staging ability started years ago…)

Jennifer earned her Real Estate license in 2018. With her experience remodeling and staging homes, she has the knowledge to walk through a home with a keen eye to construction and detail that can only benefit her buyers and sellers.

She is originally from Syracuse, Nebraska but has lived in Lincoln most of her life. Being a native to Nebraska gives Jennifer a competitive advantage to any clients looking to buy or sell. Jennifer believes buying any type of property is serious business but that it should also be fun and exciting! Her positive outlook on life, engaging energy and motivation will help to reduce your stress and help you find peace of mind.

Jennifer, with her husband Kevin, are raising their three children Hannah, Hogan, and Haxton, and two fur babies in Lincoln.
